Bang! It all started out with a bang... well more like the shower... lol! jk! Hope all is well in Sunburst, MT! After we well i and some other peps...Jack, NIck, Isabella, Skye, and David got done eating we gathered around and charged to the bus! By the way you guys should have seen this bus, it has a televisions and more in it! It is sweet! Then we went to the Smithsonian Museum! It was huge! This is were we got judged and other peps from Washington came in and asked us about our projects! They were very nice! After 4:00 we got to go back to the hotel and we did teambuilders. By the way you haven't met everyone until you meet Patrick he was awesome! He was the "leader" of the teams 7 & 8! HE got to test out his arm on me! He got wet paper towels and water and trew wet papertowels at me because i said ummmm.... and paused a lot...lol! And i am not joking he really did do it too! Also i got to watch Anthony laugh his head off and start to cry so hard that i thought i was going to die! He was funnier than heck!!! :-)

Everything is going well. We did the obesity challenge, the non-invasive surgery challenge, the Chemistry Challenge and the Whelmers. Everything is good otherwise. Only 2 of us got to go to the Children's Inn at NIH. Picked out of the hat. Nolland and Amy were priveallaged to go. Time to do it tommarrow.
Hey guys/ girls... what ever you are...lol! So i hope all is well still...jk! So today was another early riser! I think i used a bottle of cover up to cover up the rings under my eyes... joke... lol! Figure of speach! So today was were we really needed to work as a team, with my team mates: Isa, Nick, Skye, and David the 3rd! Which we had a blast today, we did all sorts of activities... which more are to come! Yippey!!! And i am not being sarcastic!!!.... ya i know for once! jk So hope school went well in Sunburst, MT! Shoot out to all ya guys! Miss ya! Today other than the Whelmer activities, we had a blast writing the blogs in the game room... and of course playing pinpong and air hockey... by the way i kicked Aaron's butt in air hockey, that sore loser! joking but i did kick his butt!

We love discovery. the chemistry lab was amazing, and we actually got to work with top scientsts on the challanges. The expiriance is just thrilling, and even though this is a competion, and we're all competing with each other, every one is building bonds with one another and i mean I'm leterally having the best time Ever.

YO!!!!!!!!! Tou all the people reading this great log, i just want yu to know that we are the green mean fighting machine. teh CHALLEgenges were awesome. especially the avian flu challenge. I AM THE ALMIGHTY MAYOR! YOUR LIFE IS IN MY HANDS. they really make you think and so when you acomplish them it feels great. Judge Jake is such a liar. He told us that you almost never can acomplish the challnges. I think he just wanted to make us nervous. Anyway, although he lies, he is an awesome judge.

Today was a great day. I did lots of cool things and I learned about the Avian Flu, mold, and did a lab relay.
The Avian Flu was my favorite part. I got to dress up as an ER surgeon and perform experiments on Joe Plastic. As you may know, Joe is plastic. We found that he had the Avian Flu and pneumonia, most likely from South Eastern Asia where he was visiting. We hooked him up to an air pump and gave him medications. He had a 60% chance of getting better.
In the mold, I had to go around the room and find mold samples. We also had to classify the different mold species from the ones that we found.
In the lab tech relay, we got to run around the room. In an hour and a half, we had to do eight different projects: Calculate density, identify lab equipment and tell their purpose, etc.
It was really fun but I've got to go because it is time for dinner. Bye.
Hey! Since we told you guys we would start form team builders I'll tell you what happened!
Team builders was amazing! We did all these really cool acttivites in teams! One time we had to talk about ourselves for like a min and couldn't pause say ummm or aaaaaaaaaa or we would get pummled wit a wet paper towel
WET!!!
OMG and the best part was ANTHONY!! He laughed so hard it seemed like he was dying!! Literally!!!!!!!!!! We all laughed so hard! His face turned all red and just... you just had to be there!
Well thats the end of monday!
Today we got to go to NIH for the first time! Pretty Exciting! Did I mention it was huge!!! There were some really smart peeps in this place but thats beside the point.
We first did the Obestiy challenge~
Kinda kewl! we had to choose a meal and then make a podcast about obestiy and helath!
We kinda had a meltdown becuase we thought pizza had more claroies than turkey sandwich and we were wrong and Shilpi was talkin about it and we were laughing so hard!
Shilpi~ I was all like, " I think you should choose the turkey becuase it has less I mean more I mean less I mean.. the pizza has oil!" YA Melt Down
Well that was ok! she pulled together pretty good!
Our next challenge was the looking inside one. Amy, Shilpi, and Nick gotta do the colonoscopy part while Nolan and Anthony did zebra fish! That was pretty good!!
Then we had lunch...........................
Then we had the Chemistry classic! We got to mix chemicals and it was the best! I think Shilpi really made a super cool story! And the way Amy, Nolan, Anthony, and Nick mixed them along with the story was really neat! WE thought so!! Well We'll tell u the story!
The lost Colors of Halloween
Little piggy went out to trick r treat and ment a dark wizard in an alley! The dark wizard said, " Little piggy, if you don't get me a million dollars I'll take away all the colors of Halloween." Scared little piggy went around the town and rang doorbells and said trick r money. All he got was $2.23. He took the money to the evil wizard and....... to be continued :)
SO anyway then we had our whelmers!! We all did great!
Then after that we came back and just chilled I guess! Well thats all for now.
