  Video Editing with Microsoft Movie Maker and Discovery Education Streaming
An important component of the Discovery Education Streaming site is the educator support and professional development portion. There are pedagogical materials and videos showcasing best practices, as well as quick-start guides and helpful handouts to support educators who are using the Discovery Education Streaming content to support instruction.

An example is found on their Digital Editing page which includes tutorials on Adobe Premiere Elements, Apple iMovie, and this one dealing with Windows Movie Maker.
