Feeling Trapped No More
She
and her friends know bullying goes on. It happens
at all schools. Yet Angela feels trapped. She's
confused and wants to do something about it.
She wants her school to be a safe place.
Pick
a solution and find out what happens.
Angela
takes an active approach to stopping the bullying
in her school. She decides to create a poster
campaign in her art class project. She and three
friends create posters that have messages stating
that harassment behaviors will not be tolerated.
Angela
talks to her parents about going to the school-parent
meeting. She wants them to ask for more safety measures
such as weapons checks.
Angela
hears of the Neighborhood Watch program in her community.
She wants to start one at school. She asks her favorite
teacher for help.
