image Product Overview
Part of a vibrantly illustrated concept book series by Alan Baker, this book not only introduces young children to colors, but to basic color mixing as well. Children follow the inquisitive White Rabbit through an adventure with three buckets of paint — red, yellow, and blue — until he ultimately becomes Brown Rabbit.

The illustrations are vivid and crisp, set against pure white backgrounds for a gorgeous contrast. Nobody can blame this curious Rabbit for his attraction to the "cool" blue and "warm" yellow paints! Children giggle and anticipate page-turns to see the new color of Rabbit's fur after each dip into the brightly colored tubs of paint. Preschoolers receive a powerfully visual lesson about how primary colors combine to create secondary colors in this simple, but very memorable, picture book.

Other titles in the series include Gray Rabbit's 1,2,3, Brown Rabbit's Shape Book, Black and White Rabbit's ABC, and more.
